Returns & Exchanges Policy

All returns and exchanges for any unwashed, unworn merchandise purchased from our online store must be returned within 30 days of shipment.  Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.  Items must be accompanied by the original receipt and require original tags or packaging. Returns and exchanges made after 30 days will not be accepted. 

Instructions for Returning A Package

1. Request a return form by emailing MovimientoHarlem@gmail.com.

2. Include the return form in the return package and send the package to the following:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Any credits are processed back to the original method of payment.

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Damages

If you receive merchandise from our online store that is damaged, please contact The KD dance Boutique within 30 days of shipment. We will provide you a return shipping label to return damaged items. Once damaged merchandise is returned, a full refund will be issued.
